Amanullah Anis's Website

Hello my name is Amanullah Anis, and I am currently 24 years old. I live in Waukee, Iowa, in my parents’ home. This is my website for CIS515 Full Stack Web Development. I currently attend Des Moines Area Community College, and I am trying to attain an A.A.S. in Information Technology. I am taking this course not merely because it is required for me to achieve the degree of my interest, but also to find out how data moves around a website. I want to also use the collective knowledge that I have learned from previous classes and see how, where, and why they are used in certain areas of full stack web development. Some of my previous classes include Python II, Advanced C++, Intro to HTML, Data Structures, SQL/Oracle, and Introduction to AI. I plan to continue using this website in the future and add different technologies and different customizations.

Some random things about me is my favorite superhero is Batman. I have had almost a lifelong passion for soccer, and I try to play every now and then. My favorite soccer club is Manchester City, and I have been a fan of this club since 2014. Right now, the main technology that excites me is artificial intelligence (AI). I like to learn how to implement AI in applications and the inner workings of AI. I hope to use this knowledge one day to better the responsible use of AI for society or find a way to help the life quality for everyone. In this previous summer I did an undergraduate research program called the ISU IINSPIRE Program. In this program I created a research poster with the help of my mentor and the staff. I then presented this poster at a symposium and a showcase. Below is a link to the projects I will be working on throughout this semester (Fall 2026).
